How do I wash and care for my WUKA® products?
After use, rinse your WUKA® in cold water until it runs clear. Then, machine wash at 30-40°C with similar colors. Avoid fabric softeners and bleach, and always air dry. Do not tumble dry or iron.
How long does shipping take and what are the costs?
Standard UK shipping typically takes 3-5 working days. International delivery times vary by location. We offer free standard shipping on all orders over £45.
What is your return and exchange policy?
For hygiene reasons, we can only accept returns on items that are unopened and in their original packaging. We offer a 40-day 'Full Moon' trial on your first pair of WUKA® to ensure you love the fit and feel.
